Barbados, Bermuda, Curacao, Dominican Republic, in fact my friends recommended every island in the Caribbean as a shopping destination. Finally, I had no choice but to turn to my husband for help. “What about the Bahamas?” he said. “I promise not to play golf while on vacation.” So I took his word for it. We did go to the Bahamas, and my husband didn’t play golf as promised. He spent most of his vacation in the casinos.
